Upscale RV Park
Build 30 RV spaces as the revenue generating portion of the organization.
Beautify the space with drought tolerant trees and plants, picnic tables, and park benches.
Remodel Community Center
Replace roof, replace doors, repaint exterior.
Remodel layout of interior to make more useful.
Replace flooring.
Repaint interior.
Replace all toilets, vanities and fixtures.
Furnish building with full kitchen, tables and chairs, TV’s, pool table, ping pong, sofas and chairs.
Build Homes
Small homes will be built in communities of 12. We plan to have 10 communities.
Each community will be beautifully landscaped and have walk paths, led lighting, park benches, and picnic tables.
